About the job
The workshop supervisor is the main person in charge of the workshop and is fully responsible for the workshop production process, product quality, personnel safety and personnel management configuration arrangements;
Responsible for daily administrative management of the workshop, focusing on personnel, equipment and production management;
Responsible for the arranging workshop production according to production plan, and ensure quality, quantity, on time to complete the production task;
Responsible for the strict implementation of relevant SOP requirements to ensure the control of the entire production process;
Responsible for the training of workshop staff;
Responsible for developing the post responsibility system and assessment system for staff at all levels of the workshop, and conducting management and assessment according to the approved assessment system;
Responsible for reducing production costs and improving economic benefits in the workshop;
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual work summary of the workshop;
Responsible for regularly organizing technical and economic index analysis meeting of products produced in the workshop, and timely solving problems found;
Create daily, weekly and monthly reports;
Complete temporary work arrangement from superiors.
Job requirements:
College degree or above;
Chinese and English language fluency is a MUST.
Specialized training in production management;
Familiar with the production, safety, environmental protection and other management procedures of production enterprises, strong leadership, organization, coordination, communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility;
More than 2 years of work experience in standardized production enterprises, more than three years of experience in production management;
