Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to join our holiday homes company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of our (Booking.com + airbnb etc.) listings, ensuring seamless guest experiences, maximizing occupancy rates, and optimizing rental revenues.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of RMS Cloud listings, including but not limited to, creating and optimizing property listings, pricing strategy, calendar management, and guest communication.
2. Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for guests.
3. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing excellent customer service at all times.
4. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
5. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with vendors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
6. Monitor and analyze rental performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest reviews, and implement strategies to improve performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Airbnb policies, and local regulations related to short-term rentals.
8. Collaborate with other team members, including property managers, maintenance staff, and guest services, to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
9. Handle any escalated guest issues or complaints professionally and resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Airbnb listings and attract more guests.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing all listings or similar short-term rental properties.
2. Strong knowledge of Airbnb platform, policies, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests, vendors, and team members effectively.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Familiarity with property management systems (RMS) and booking platforms preferred.
6. Knowledge of Dubai's hospitality industry, regulations, and tourism trends.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
10. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
