Part-Time Programming Trainer Needed: Tech Camp for Kids (9-13 yo)
Are you passionate about coding and inspiring young minds?
We seek a talented trainer to lead engaging sessions at our Tech Camp! Initially, the course will be 36 hours, distributed over 6 weeks, 3 days a week (July-Mid August 2024). But this will be subjected to amendments and reshaping.
The candidate should be familiar with the following topics as per the outlines for the course:
Introduction to programming
Algorithms and Problem Solving
Scratch Programming
Mobile application Development
Requirements:
Strong programming knowledge (variables, loops, and conditionals)
Excellent communication & teaching skills.
Bilingual (Arabic, English)
Engaging personality & ability to motivate young learners.
Passion for technology & sharing knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Introduce students to programming fundamentals through Scratch & MIT App Inventor.
Develop problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
Foster a fun & supportive learning environment.
Introduce core programming concepts & tools.
