Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions.
2.Preparing and providing doentation to internal teams and Project Manager
3.Track projects, offer suggestions to improve efficiencies and Maintain compliance regulations
4.Keeping track of budgets and project expenditures
5.Assisting with planning and keeping the project calendar up to date
6.Conducting risk analyses, Ordering resources like equipment and software.
7.Monitor all contract-related paperwork and correspondence
8.Assessing employee performance and hiring contractors
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2.Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Manager, or relevant role within the construction industry.
Preferred Skills:
1.Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
2.Strong leadership skills & Hands-on experience with project management tools,
Team Management
3.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
4.Immense Knowledge in Oracle Software
5.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
