We are currently looking for a responsible and enthusiastic professional for the position of Project Coordinator. Project Coordinator responsibilities include administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. As a Project Coordinator at Mawared Fabrication, you will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling, administrative duties while ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
•Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
•Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
•Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
•Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
•Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
•Oversee project procurement management
•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
•Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
•Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and reports
•Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role
•Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
•An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
•Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
•Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Fluency in English – written and spoken – Arabic is a plus
•Bachelors in Business Administration, International Relations, Project Management or any related fields
