SITE SUPERVISOR & SITE COORDINATORS - Events & Exhibitions
· Plans, executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
· Selects contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers during the program execution. Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the key contracto.
· Develops full-scale project plans and associated communications doents
· Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
· Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
· Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.
· Drafts and submits budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
· Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company
· Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
· Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements doentation, and presentations
· Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.
· May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.
· Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assuran Control Plan, and other doents as required.
· Provides input to performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.
· Collaborates with the office facilities staff to address project space requirements.
· Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.
· Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.
· Works with the key project individual to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the client management of any such changes.
· Establishes weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items.
· Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
1.MALE candidate with a minimum of 2 years of events and exhibition experience
2.Driving license Preferred
3.Good communication skills for liaising with the client and venue authorities on the venue Facilitate quick and smooth access to the corporate staff, organize and monitor equipment movement into venues and "post-event formalities," Help the on-site team with anything they require for smooth and successful execution.
4.Ensure Health and safety measures are followed by CREW on Site - Indoor & Outdoor
5.Coordinate work permit with venues and fill relevant forms - method of stateme assessme report
6.Have complete knowledge of "on-site" installation, carpentry, and fabrication of wood, steel, glass, acrylic, and graphics.
7.Salary as per experience.
