Responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating all Civil engineering Maintenance activities, to include: construction, planned and adhoc maintenance and improving of the facilities.
Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, doentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and requirements.
Inspect and manage execution & completion of civil engineering works and observe, to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with safety standards.
Respond and provide assistance to any civil engineering related issues whether it is urge call or corrective works within owned facilities.
Identify engineered resolutions to recurring civil engineering issues
Recommend improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures and working condition activities for the area and site.
Analyse information related to civil engineering works and prepare engineering reports on that regard to the management.
Supervise work of contracted employees to keep on task for timely completion.
Manage change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project.
Lead teams of other engineers, perhaps from other organizations or firms.
Manage quality assurance and Quality Control of the ongoing works. Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
Provide technical advice and solving problems on site
Responsible for site reports and doentation
Ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Develop team communications and information for meetings.
Coordinate with external contractor & suppliers as per the requirement.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information
Undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed
