Compile a detailed list of required materials and manpower, optimizing resource utilization.
Establish project milestones and schedules, monitoring adherence to timelines.
Maintain regular communication with team members and the company to establish transparency and alignment.
Weekly reporting on team activity and project status.
Oversee onsite activities ensuring smooth project execution and addressing challenges proactively.
Mentor and coach junior staff members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development and growth within the organization.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Monitor project progress, implementing adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
Conduct risk analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential project constraints.
Manage project closure, confirming successful achievement of all objectives and learning doented for future initiatives.
Essential - Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing / Management
Desirable - PMP (Project Management Professional) / CAPM (Certificate Associate in Project Management)
