We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to spearhead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an engineering-related field. Candidates with experience working alongside DM (Dubai Municipality) approved engineers will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Team Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams, including onsite staff and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones efficiently.Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals, progress, and expectations.
Budget and Cost Management:Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and addressing budgetary concerns.Review and approve project expenditures, invoices, and change orders in accordance with company policies.
Client Communication and Satisfaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.Strive to exceed client expectations and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets, developing mitigation strategies as needed.Proactively address issues as they arise, seeking timely resolutions to minimize project delays or disruptions.
Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.Conduct regular inspections and quality reviews to identify and address deficiencies promptly.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in, Civil Engineering, or related fiele.
•Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects from start to finish.
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in project management software and tools.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
