Job Description

A well-known system integrator in KSA is looking for Project Managers with solid experience in the execution of turnkey HCIS Security Projects.
Candidates should have transferrable Iqammas and ready to mobilize to any location around the Kingdom.
 
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage & supervise all day-to-day activities of his team related to his assigned project.
· Plan & Manage the daily communication activities and general respe within company team on site including engineers, technicians and out-sourced supportive staff.
· Maintain routine contact with client on site including attending weekly meetings, walk around meetings, etc.. to review work progress and to fulfill their contractual needs. He will be in charge to respond to all project related correspondence with client and insure Company interest is protected & preserved. 
· Monitor & Control of subcontractor’s manpower and ensure full compliance with contracts’ terms & conditions.
· Focusing on timely invoicing and work to achieve set targets.
· Attend regular Projects Management Team meetings to discuss work progress and solve problems / invernesses may arise.
· Manage to reduce costs on Project Budgeted Breakdown and avo ris cost impacts mistakes.
· Closely monitor & provide the support whenever needed to enhance and facilitate all project related o sites processes including engineering, procurement, installation, T&C, etc.
· Closely monitor & enforce all site related works to ensure timely completion of all planned activities in coordination with his project team.
· Supervise the preparation, configuration, calibration, testing and commissioning of all Security / fire alarm systems.
· Participate in final project inspection with contractor / client if so required.
· Closely monitor the strict adherence to all planned post erection activities including inspection, line inspection, hydro test, programming, internal & final inspection and T&C and make sure that all related records are maintained & archived.
· Make sure that all project related documentation & records are archived, well preserved and accessible to all project team 
· Keep track & records of all expenses and make sure that it is within projected budget.
· Responsible to approve all the purchase orders related to the project in coordination with Pre-Sales & Engineering Department and Planning Engineer.
· Supervise the periodic maintenance & services works for both security and fire alarm & firefighting systems.
   \[ System & bulk materials.
   \[ All Engineering & Site related docs including Shop dwgs, Red Marked dwgs., As-Built dwgs., Cable List, Label list, termination Sch, O&M manuals, T&C Manual, NCRs, Punch Lists, EHS Plan & records, related docs, etc…
 
· Submit week work progress to Client as well as to his Department Mgr.
