Primary responsibilities will include;
Expertise in Organizational Excellence (EFQM and similar models), applied EFQM 2020 and or 2025 application and worked as an assessor experience for 6 Diamonds or Global Award winners. Familiarity with EFQM 2025 is a plus.
Diverse expertise in benchmarking, performance management, and ISO standards implementation.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills to guide teams, manage timelines, and resolve client conflicts.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and risk assessment with mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 20+ years overall, 12+ years of specific expertise, including 5+ years in GCC government projects.
Certifications: Certified EFQM Assessor, PMP, and certifications in Excellence, Strategy, or Innovation preferred.
Skills: Leadership, data analysis, performance measurement, and collaboration.
Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English.
Duration: 30 months
