Role: Project Sales Manager (Luxury Sanitaryware & Kitchens)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will spearhead the sales efforts for our premium sanitary ware and kitchen solutions, driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project sales, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction, and contributing to the client’s reputation as a leader in luxury home solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Sales Initiatives: Manage and drive sales projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with company objectives and exceed client expectations.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expanding the client's footprint in the luxury sanitary ware and kitchen segments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high profile clients, architects, designers, and developers to ensure ongoing business and customer loyalty.
- Custom Solutions & Consultations: Provide expert consultations on product selection, design, and customization to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a bespoke customer experience.
- Project Coordination & Execution: Oversee the coordination of all aspects of the sales projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and reports to inform sales strategies.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. Lead and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
- Extensive Sales Management Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in the luxury home decor, sanitary ware, or construction industries.
- Business Development Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies, with a focus on high-end products and services.
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and the broader home decor and interior design industry.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex sales projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or additional certifications in Project Management or Sales is a plus. -
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and digital sales platforms.
