JOB DESCRIPTION (But not Limited)
May interface with clients, contractors and joint venture partners at a senior management level
Composes basic correspondence at the direction of the Director or staff
Coordinates and schedules appointment and travel plans for division personnel
Responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assumes bookkeeping, reservations, and reception
Makes meeting arrangements and prepares agenda
Response to calls and passes to Manager or routes to appropriate individual, responds to inquiries from the public employees, other departments
Coordinates with Doent Controller for control of all technical doents (reports, procedures, drawings, specifications)
Coordinates with project controls for control of all financial doents (invoices, insurance certificate)
Has working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft SharePoint, including setting up of new libraries and lists
Maintain the project archive in good order.
Ensure prompt addressal of calls, messages, emails, and other correspondences.
Track the touring requirements and costs of the company's employees with the help of relevant reporting tools and software.
Use a blend of conventional and modern tools for systematic scheduling of client appointments and meetings.
Attend and manage all incoming communications as per the requirements and objectives of the company.
Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
Others as instructed by the line supervisor
PROFESSION REQUIREMENTS Nationality : Open to all Nationalities in both genders Residen : Must be Transferable for all Non-Saudi Applicants City of Residency : Must be currently residing in Damm or nearby area whom able to attend the personal interview once selected. Education : At least Higher Diplo in any course related to Office Management, Secretarial, Bookkeeping. Experience : With minimum of Three (3) Years work experience in Project Administration.

Portraying good command of modern communication and office software for relevant business operations.
Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
Ability to conduct assigned tasks with the help of suitable MS Office software and online tools.
Skilled in understanding priorities of various tasks and managing timely completion as per organizational requirements.
