Fables Decor and Technical Services, a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, is seeking a Project Supervisor with a valid driving license to manage and supervise projects from start to finish. The candidate should have experience in handling projects related to interior design, fit-out, renovation, and construction. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that works are progressing as per the drawing and as per the specifications.
- Ensure that the project team adheres to the company's safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and train site staff, as required.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Drive to and from the project sites to supervise the works.
- A high school diploma or degree in a related field is required
- Minimum of 6 -10 years of project management or related experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license
- Knowledge in project costing , material and procurement skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Site handling, work allocation and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management tools and systems is an added advantage.
