The purpose of this job is to enhance, implement and follow up the adoption of our overall Project Management mechanism through the development of PMP standards, processes and policies and contribute to all project management activities.
Accountable for the development of Project Management Standards, policies and processes and ensure they are being communicated clearly to assigned project managers
Accountable for the coordination and organization of Project Management committee meetings and reports Accountable for Project Integration Management within ours.
Develop our Project Management standards, policies and processes needed to identify, define, standardize and coordinate activities within the Project Management Process
Conduct project feasibility studies to assess their alignment with our strategic plan
Assist in the development of project’ scopes and objectives and project action plans, to ensure relevant stakeholders are involved and technical feasibility is achieved Support assigned Project Managers in the implementation of our projects according to the standards and processes, and follow up on the documentation, execution of the plan and reporting of the progress.
Coordinate internal resources and third parti for the execution of projects.
Assist in the development of project’ scopes and objectives, to ensure relevant stakeholders are involved and technical feasibility is achieved
Communicate the progress reports and the recommendations of any project to the relevant project committee.
Assist project committees in reviewing all required changes in a project scope, schedule or costs and provide the necessary recommendations based on the appropriate verification techniques
Prepare periodical PMP reports including risk assessments, blockages, budgeting adherence and recommendations
Review the quality of project delivery and its effectiveness as per the Policies and Procedures
Assist in the preparation of our strategic initiatives status reports.
Review strategic projects initiatives on annual basis to ensure their alignment to our business strategy
Maintain awareness and alignment of the strategic directions.
Provide Executive Management and related government entities with Prepare regular progress reports and information that are related to our project management activities and requested by the Executive Management and relevant government entities and related to us in an accurate and timely manner
Assist our employees on all Project Management related initiatives issues and provide advice and guidance as needed.
Plan project communication management process, and control communication.
Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis of the projects and response strategies.
Set project resource management standards and controls
Develop processes and standards for and monitor execution of project integration, scoping, time management, cost management, quality control, resource management, and end of project evaluation and close.
Communicate project management framework to all our project managers a coordinators to ensure work quality and consistency
Comply with our and department specific Policies & Procedures
Comply with quality control procedures to enhance the services provided by this section.
Assist in the implementation of regulatory bodies’ standards and all related activities as directed by Line manager
Provide Line manager with regular progress reports and information in an accurate and timely manner a as requested.
Maintain accurate and timely communication of necessary information to other employees and functions
Assist line manager in the preparation of department's performance data and activities reports.
Build effective working relationships with other functions and employees conducive lead to positive collaborations and team efforts that contribute to our overall business success.
Act as our ambassador internally and externally by maintaining high level of ethics and integrity and demonstrating our values all the time.
Participate in role related committees aiming at continuously improving functions, systems and procedures related to their respective sections and as directed by line manager.
Perform any additional tasks or duties, that are relevant to job scope, as may be required by line manager and in line business requirements.
