• Able to acquire new properties for sales or rentals.

About the role and responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their property requirements and budget
• Acquire a suitable property, present to client and successfully close sales and rental deals.
• Manage and follow-up with opportunities and update Operations Manager on status.
• Regularly research of the market to be up-to-date on property market and prices.
• Receive sale related doents, prepare, and ensure their completeness.
Qualifications
1-2 years' of sales experience
