We are looking for a Property Consultant to join our start up sales team in Dubai. We are seeking for an experienced, smart, and motivated professionals who are eager to build their career with the support of a great organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prospecting and identifying potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
•Building and maintaining a client database for future business opportunities.
•Determining the market value of properties through market research and analysis.
•Advising clients on the appropriate pricing strategy for their properties.
•Creating property listings with accurate and appealing descriptions, photographs, and videos.
•Advertising listings through various channels, such as online platforms, social media, and local publications.
•Meeting with clients to understand their specific real estate needs and preferences.
•Providing expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
•Arranging and conducting property viewings for potential buyers or renters.
•Highlighting the features and benefits of properties to prospective clients.
•Negotiating terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients.
•Ensuring that clients receive the best possible deals, whether buying, selling, or renting.
•Staying up-to-date with Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.
•Ensuring that all transactions comply with legal requirements and assisting clients in completing necessary paperwork.
•Monitoring the Dubai real estate market for trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
•Providing clients with market insights to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements and skills:
•Proficiency in English is a must.
•Being bilingual will be a plus. (Fluent English + Russian, French, Hindi, or Chinese)
•Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai for more than 4 years.
•A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, finance, or real estate can be advantageous.
•RERA certified.
•Proven track record of sales & leasing.
•Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively.
•Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation.
•Trustworthy and results-driven, target oriented.
•Knowledge of CRMs.
•Must have valid UAE Driving License and have own car.
