Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Xclusive Real Estate Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating leases, and closing sales deals. You will be involved in the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing sales.
Qualifications
Consulting and Sales skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience in the real estate industry
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Familiarity with rental laws and regulations in Dubai
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
UAE Driver's license is a plus
