Ensure effective and efficient rental, vacancy management, negotiations, and coordination.
Coordinate with tenants, maintenance team, Owners Associations, Building Management, suppliers, management, etc. for smooth transaction of the business
Generate tenancy contracts, tax invoices, receipts, Ejari registrati, and lease renewal notices to the tenants 90 days in advance as per approved rate from the management
Summarize the utility bills (DEWA, Etisalat, Chiller, etc.) and service charges of the properties in a month basis
Receive supplier’s invoices, veri the doentation, and then submit to the accounts for payment processing
Reporting to Property Manager daily
Handling utility account registrati process under Landlord account
PPM service co-ordination with tenants and FM team

Minimum Qualificatio - Bachelor Degree or Diploma
Minimum Experience- 3 years’ Experience in similar field (1 year experience in Real estate mandatory)
