We require for PROPERTY BROKER ACCOUNTS
- Listing building or properties (warehouses, camp, villa, shops, etc.) for rental and sale
- Knowledge about Trakheesi System
- Can bring business such as renting labor camps, properties, warehouses and shops.
- Can build good relationship with tenants.
- Preparing Tenancy Contracts, process of Ejari contracts, contract renewals, and termination of contracts.
- Knowledge of RERA rules and regulations and market price in UAE
- Dealing with security deposits, maintenance fees, utility fees, admin fees, Ejari fees etc.)
- Maintain database of existing tenants and ensure doents are verified
- Monitor administration procedures like-new lease renewals, amendments and terminations
- Collection of payments (Receivab fees, Service charges, Areas etc.)
- Working with Real Estate Software (ex. CRM, property finders, and online portals.)
- Coordinate maintenance inspection for moves out
- Knowledge about Quarterly VAT submission
- Accounting Knowledge
- Handling company petty cash and cheques received.
- Drafti letters and reports, follow-ups, answering calls
- Updating, reporting, and communicating with MD on a timely basis
- Filing and doentation and other related administrative works
- Maintains files to ensure that doentation is up to date at all times
- Prioritizing workloads and working under pressure
- Work All-Rounder for all kinds of allotted jobs allotted
