Coordinate all Public Relations activities within company in order to build and maintain positive relationships with the public as well as sustaining reputation and brand image.
Contribute to the development and delivery of communication strategies for events, forums, and exhibitions.
Implement Public Relations programs designed to meet objectives as well as create and maintain favorable public image for Company.
Handle all media activities related to the public relations such as preparing and issuing press releases on behalf of Company.
Carry out the required reception arrangements for key guests visiting to premises.
Coordinate special events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, tours, competitions and sponsorships.
Coordinate all activities in relation to the posting of online content and news on website (in coordination with the Information Technology function).
Use and utilize various electronic communication channels, brochures and other promotional materials to enhance awareness of service offerings.
Write and edit internal and external communications documents such as pre releases, editorials, periodic pri reports, etc. within set agreed timeframes.
Execute promotional campaigns that involve direct communication with the community, identify media trends, news cycles, and spin opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as requested by the Direct Manager to ensure the ongoing success of the organization.
