Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all professional activities related to PRO functions across our companies in Dubai.
- Handle government-related processes and doentation, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, labor departments, and other relevant governmental entities.
- Process employment visas, residency permits, and renewals for employees.
- Assist in the setup and registration of new companies, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all doentation and ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to staff and management on PRO-related issues and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and procedures related to PRO functions in the UAE.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PRO in the United Arab Emirates.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and governmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
