Position : Sales Executive / Relationship Officer
Location : DUBAI , UAE ( Candidates to be physically present in UAE )
Salary : 1750 - 15000 AED
Requirement :
1 . Minimum 6 months of Credit Card or Personal Loan Sales in UAE or Home Country. Freshers with Sales Experience in any vertical industry also welcomed.
2 . Bachelors Degree Preferred.
3 . Excellent Verbal and written Communications Skill.
Roles and Responsibilities of a sales officer for credit cards and personal loans includes :
1 . Prospecting for potential customers: The sales officer is responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers who may be interested in credit cards or personal loans. This involves researching and understanding the target market and identifying potential leads.
2 . Generating leads: The sales officer is also responsible for generating leads through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and other advertising channels.
3 . Conducting sales presentations: The sales officer is responsible for delivering sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the features and benefits of the credit cards or personal loans and answering any questions that the customer may have.
4 . Closing sales: The sales officer is responsible for closing sales by negotiating terms and conditions, preparing the necessary paperwork, and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the product.
5 . Maintaining relationships with customers: The sales officer is responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and responding to any inquiries or concerns that the customer may have.
6 . Achieving sales targets: The sales officer is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization, and should work towards achieving these targets on a consistent basis.
7 . Reporting: The sales officer is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, sales presentations, and follow-up activities. They should provide regular reports to their superiors on their sales performance and any challenges or opportunities that they have identified.
8 . Continuous learning: The sales officer should stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the credit card and personal loan industry, as well as in sales techniques and strategies. They should continuously work towards improving their skills and knowledge to achieve better results.
