*URGENT HIRING*
Buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. Will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
-Research potential vendors
-Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
-Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
-Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
-Follow up order from the supplier
-Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time
-Review quality of purchased products
-Follow up and check the stock availability as the need comes before the order placing.
-Work with team members, supervisors to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors
-Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters
-Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
-Good understanding of products in the industry
-Knowledge of industry market trends and conditions
-Excellent interpersonal and social skills
-Good verbal and written communication skills
