Responsible for ensuring material and equipment availability for the maintenance team carry out a smooth operation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage all Procurement in the system and in coordination with procurement department.
· Manage the Sto ensuring all material and equipment movement (in & out) are recorded and requested
· Carry out all the tasks related to purchase including but not limited to, obtaining 3 quotations, assisting procurement in identifying providers, managing deliveries and receivables, reviewing warranties, etc.
· Manage accurate inventory and ensure minimum stock availability of fast consumed ite.
· Raise all required LPOs when required.
· Purchase urgent items directly from suppliers whenever approved and required.
· Follow-up on payment in coordination with Finance department as per the agreed terms.
· Follow Procurement & Finance policies as required and directed.
· Assist in pick to the required site.
· Drive the staffs to location whenever required.
Skills & Competencies:
· Familiar with all food materials and kitchen equipment
· UAE light vehicle Driving License is a must.
· Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Ability of using excel and inventory systems, managing inventories, and raising LPO.
· Good English command (verbal & written).
· Arabic language is an advantage.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
