RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
· Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and constructi activities on site.
· Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
· Checks the certifications regarding element mixes. LASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis.
· Checks the sampling operations (when required).
· Verifies special processes and the relevant workers' qualifications.
· Orderly collect, check and manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out witnessing the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
· Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation.
· Check the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out.
· Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan according to Client’s requirements.
· Complete reviews and inspections activities within assigned civil discipline scope as allocated by supervisor in accordance with project plan and associated procedures, specifications and standards.
· Record reports and endorse reports of inspection and compile scope files to identify inspection status.
· Report on defective work and non-conformities and maintenance problems, calculate dimensions and component specifications and discusses project requirements with superiors.
· Record any non‐conformance and construction practices, materials and equipment and report to the Supervisor in details the potential problems for early resolution.
· Witness onsite and off-site materials and perform installation test in compliance with the approved standards.
· Complete verification as required on personnel qualifications and the correct application of requirements for training and testing.
· Inspect materials and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance in the proper handling storage and protection at construction sites.
· Prepare weekly inspection reports and initiate non‐conformance reports, work sheets and equipment deficiency reports as required.
· Assist in identifying root causes of problems and the resolution and clearance of reported problems.
· Monitor project quality systems, review and evaluate quality document submittals, records and quality personnel for compliance with requirements.
· Monitor and perform activities at all stages of the project, assist in the preparation of civil progress reports, ensuring effective implementation of all procedures in accordance with Project Quality Plan
· Ability to follow and implement standard quality procedures.
· Performing inspections of materials arriving at site.
Available in UAE and can join immediately.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience
· Experience in Contracting and Construction Company
· Experience in Civil and MEP is advantage
