Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Develop and promote Arab Bank employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to target Qatari nationals.
Partner with business to develop, monitor and deliver Qatarization business plans to ensure that the related strategies and objectives are implemented, achieved and improved.
Manage Talent Acquisition process life cycle for Qatari nationals: identify vacancies, networking, sourcing, candidates screening, initial assessment, interviews, selection, offers, joining formalities, on-boarding.
Design, implement, and improve Talent Management, Learning & Development, Career Progression, career path plans and special programs for Qatari nationals with the aim of attracting, developing and retaining Qatari talents.
Manage Employee Relations issues, employees’ complaints handling, exist interviews to ensure outstanding employee experience for Qatari nationals.
Conduct market research and analysis on HR and organizations within the local banking sector.
Establish and strengthen the bank relations with national authorities such as Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor & Social Affairs (ADLSA), GPSSA concerning Qatari nationals related matters.
Provide statistical repor on Qatar national employees to official authorities such as Qatar central bank, ADLSA, MOI.
