* Lead the various QA teams in driving enhancements to the food safety management system (ISO 22000 & HACCP FSMS) by adopting best practices in order to drive innovations in food safety.
* Provide food safety direction or set policies in support of the co-operative's strategic objectives and values.
* Monitor and report on the food safety Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the cooperative.
* Develop, review or enhance work streams for better coordination and outcomes among various stakeholders for food safety programs.
* To conduct food safety & hygiene audits at central kitchens, suppliers, warehouse and retail outlets, to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
* To provide food safety technical advisory for stakeholders in working groups or projects.
* Manage the coordination with internal stakeholders a regulatory authorities in relation to compliance to food safety requirements.
* To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tas, as assigned by the supervisor.
* Good knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000:2018 or any Food Safety Management System.
* Good knowledge of Quality Management System [ISO 9001:2015].
* Minimum 2-3 years working experience on the same field.
* A keen eye for details and results oriented.
* Possess a motivated & positive attitude with a learning mindset.
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
* Able to perform basic statistical collation.
* College Graduate.
* Residing in Kuwait.
