•Review of MTC and preparation of MTC tracker. Submission of MTCs and other doents as per client Doent naming or numbering formats in the assigned portals.
•Ensure quality control doentation is compiled and competed in a timely matter meeting project deadline.
•Shall review and analyse material acceptance criteria, marking, colour coding , packing , Inspection release procedure for each project as applicable.
•Provide doentary assurance to client with photos, videos and other details to prove proper packing of materials are done prior to shipment.
•Monitor piping and mechanical operations and conduct required inspections work to resolve quality related issues with suppliers, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients.
•Inspect / review product material, weld quality and testing to ensure compliance with code, standards, specifications and QCM.
•Coordinate with sales team on all quality issues and distribute relevant doentation to sub-vendors & Client.
•Follow the management system at sites and for all projects
•Communicate with management, staff, and clients the requirements of quality's scope of work and provide appropriate feedback to management regarding matters.
•Identify and control all NCR's while correcting with remedial action.
•Project management skills with expediting and ensure materials are supplied or manufactured in a timely manner, meeting all quality requirements
•It is a mandatory requirement that the candidate shall have good written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience of 3-5 years in handling Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, Plates, Sections, Studbolts, Gaskets, Fabricated spools etc
•Familiar with API, ASME, ANSI, EN, DIN standards
•Experience of various NDE & Destructive testing and procedures
•Should be able to interact with Inspection agencies, Testing Laboratories, Clients Quality and Project management Team to coordinate quality site inspections for all NDT & DT on site, and monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan
•Witness various NDT, DT, Welding & finalize testing doentation. Verify that all activities comply with the quality codes and standards. Review radiographic films.
•Capable to take lead & handle Project Kick Off , Pre Inspection Meeting , Technical review meeting , Expediting meetings , Project Doentation meetings etc.
•Ability to review general arrangement drawings, Review and Modify Testing procedures , ITP , WPS , MPS , VDRL , SDRL , preparation and approval of MRB etc
