We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Quantity Surveyor Engineer with a broad UAE experience in interior and fit out works who is accurate at producing BOQs and time efficient.
Responsibilities
Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs.
Accurately estimate the quantities and costs of materials, labor, and construction equipment.
Prepare contract doents, including bills of quantities and other relevant details.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with contractors and suppliers.
Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly.
Monitor and keep track of progress and contract compliance.
Conduct site visits to ensure construction complies with the initial specifications and industry standards.
Assess potential risks and work on mitigating them.
Report on financial status and make forecasts for project completion.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field with minimum of 4-5 years experiences in UAE in interior or fit out works exclusively.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of construction costs and contracts.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements.
Detail-oriented and deeply organized with an ability to work under pressure.
Adept in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must has a valid UAE Driving License.
