1.Record keeping of Property related doentation in a systematic way.
2.Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
3.Passing month end journal entries like provisions, depreciation, prepaid and other closing entries.
4.Maintain physical fixed asset register and keep the original doents of purchases year wise.
5.Maintain and control over the petty cash and prepare monthly cash flow projection statement for management review.
6.Ensure confidentiality of accounting information and employee details
7.Follow up for renting the warehouses and follow up for renewal of rental agreement before four months of expiry.
8.Follow up for rental with tenant and government department.
9.Arrangement of lease agreements, tax payment follows up with tenants and government department.
10.Maintain proper accounting system for expenses (House, Sadaqath, farmhouses, vehicle, visa, etc.)
11.Follow-up for legal related matters.
12.Will be responsible for two Joint accounts and subsidiaries.
13.All the information should be kept confidential and for every transaction prior approval will be taken from management.
9.Daily, weekly, and monthly report and any other report required by management from time to time.
14.Follow up for collection from customer and update in system.
15.Proper filing and indexing for maintaining all accounting and administrative records as per the required standard.
16.Report any issue and perform any other task as assigned by the FM / Management
This role is to generate, maintain and update accounting records on regular basis, while providing financial information to management by analyzing accounting data & preparing reports.
