JOB DESCRIPTION
THE ROLE:
• Creating, Editing, Updating and Publishing listings on Property Expert, Bayut and Dubizzle thru the relevant CRM's.
• Obtaining the Trakheesi Permits for all advertisements.
• Registering and Renewing Agreements with the respected Developers.
• Managing listings on Property Expert, Dubizzle and Bayut. Ensuring High Quality Scores for each listing and ensuring that all listings are verified and true checked.
• Drafting and Creating Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I and other property related contracts online through Dubai Rest App and completing all paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure that the deal is closed as quickly as possible.
• Drafting Tenancy Contract and Addendum for New and Renewal properties. Ensuring both tenant and Landlord doents are complete and updated on the CRM system.
• Follow up with Agents and Clients for doents, and details as necessary
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
• Punctual and presentative with a good personality.
• Maintaining property files & Mail management.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Sales skills ability to negotiate and persuade well.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate to clients of differing backgrounds and respond to and address their inquiries correctly.
Salary:
AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month + Comissions
Working Hours - Monday - Saturday (9am - 6pm)
COVID-19 considerations:
Common surfaces are sanitized regularly, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have 2 to 3 Years Real Estate Admin Experience.
• Must be well versed with Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest.
• Must be well aware about developer registerations.
• Must have excellent knowledge and hands on experience with Property Expert, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Must be Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of the computer with Microsoft tools (ex. Word, Excel, etc.), google sheets and google drive.
• Knowledgeable about Tarakhesi system and creating ad permits.
• Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
• Must have hands on experience with Property Expert
