Job Description
-Reporting to Senior Admin Executive
-Screen and direct phone cal and
distribute correspondence
-Handle requests and queries
appropriately
-Devise and maintain filing system
-Handling CRM and monitoring other
Property advertisement portals.
-Submit required doents for each
property to get Trakheesi Permit
-Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals,
and renewals.
-Create and maintain spread sheets in
Excel Compose, edit and draft letters,
addendum, and property-related
contracts.
-Calling Landlords, checking availability,
arranging viewings
-Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
Compile, organize and accurately finalize
doents for office records.
-Manages social media marketing
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Requirements:
-Expert with all MS Office applications
-Good English communication skill
-Knowledge in obtaining agency
agreements
-Provides general office and operational
support
-Well informed of all related online
property advertisement(Property finder,
Dubizzle, etc)
-Adhere to RERA rules and regulations
(Full knowledge of Trakheesi)
-Knowledgeable of all real estate related
forms (Forms A, B andF, etc.)
-Office administration
-Working within strict deadlines and
organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to Commute:
-Minimum 2 -year experience in Real
Estate is a must
-Has experience in Real Estate CRM
software (Preference)
