Responsibilities
Responsible for Company Leads generated from several marketing channels such as: Portals, Company Website, Social Media, Email Campaign, other online platforms, and Offline Marketing
Respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Houza, Property Booster, and many more)
Monitor and Track Leads on a daily basis
Do warm calls and quality assurance calls
Report all complain affecting customer satisfaction
Effectively manage lead volume according to a complex set of standard operating procedures.
Effectively utilize proprietary Customer Service Management(CRM) software applications
Regularly monitor lead queues and use decision-making abilities to take appropriate action
Field customer service-related calls from additional lines of business
Generate Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate market.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Fluent in English language (written and spoken), Arabic is an added advantage
· Experience using call management / good telephone manners
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced high volume environment
· Outstanding organizational skills
· Personal commitment to excellence
· Excellent time management
· High degree of competence in learning new software programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications
