RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a strong knowledge of available properties, including their features, pricing, and legal requirements.
Use CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE:
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education is typically required. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
Experience:
One to two years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial but not always mandatory. New entrants to the industry can also be considered.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used in real estate sales is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
