Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as an Off-Plan Specialist.
As an Off-Plan Specialist, candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing off-plan properties and guiding them throughout the process.
will also promote and market off-plan properties to potential buyers, as well as conduct research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends and price fluctuations.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 1 year in off-plan sales.
Excellent knowledge of the Dubai's real estate market, including recent trends and changes.
Strong negotiation skills to assist clients in securing favorable deals.
Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Knowledge of RERA and UAE property laws and regulations.
