Duties and Responsibilities•• As a Sales or Leasing Property Broker, you will generate new property listings to find new tenants or buyers through property portals or through your own network
•You will speak to owners to get their property information or find out if they interested to lease or sell their properties.
•Do a proper follow up to owners regarding the status of the leasing or selling process until the deal close
•Follow up on all the leads received from Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut etc
•Registering new Landlor from both cold calling and new inquiries to the CRM
•Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties according to their requirements
•Consistent in Closing deals, with a Sales Track Record
