Job Title: Real Estate Agent Commission-Based upto 70% Commissions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions on a commission basis. You will prospect for potential clients, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and social media.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers or tenants.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property closings, including inspections, appraisals, and financing.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, new developments, and property values in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, transactions, and client interactions.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, appraisers, and mortgage lenders, to facilitate transactions.
Qualifications:
Freshers Welcome
Proven track record of success as a real estate agent, preferably in Dubai.
Valid Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends and property values.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a high level of drive and ambition to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with earning potential based on the number and value of transactions closed. A competitive commission structure upto 70% and incentives will be provided based on performance.
