Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Agent, where you’ll guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting of properties. You’ll manage property listings, conduct market research, and negotiate deals to ensure smooth transactions. Your role will include:
•Client Representation: Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords, offering expert advice and support throughout the process.
•Property Marketing: Develop and promote property listings through online campaigns and networking.
•Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), and provide pricing insights.
•Negotiation and Transaction Management: Handle offers, and contracts, and coordinate with relevant professionals to close deals efficiently.
•Client Support: Educate clients on market conditions and provide ongoing support to maintain long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
•Experience in sales, in real estate is an advantage.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
•Good at the English language, Arabic and other languages preferable.
•Driving license, car is not mandatory but an advantage.
•Broker license is preferable.
Compensation: Commission-based with potential bonuses.
