Job Overview:
Zahrat Alshamal Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to guide clients through leasing processes. This commission-based role offers a competitive rate ranging from 40% to 50%.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source new properties to expand the company's property portfolio.
Conduct property viewings and coordinate showings with prospective clients.
Provide expert advice on the leasing process and answer client queries.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions between property owners and tenants.
Draft and review lease agreements to ensure alignment with Qatari real estate laws.
Collaborate with property owners to develop marketing strategies for their properties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and industry professionals.
Ensure accurate doentation and maintain detailed records of leasing activities.
Support tenants with the move-in process and address any initial concerns or requests.
Lead generation will be provided by the company unless the agent opts to work with their own leads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Property Acquisition Rate: The number of new properties sourced.
Lead Conversion Rate: The percentage of leads converted into successful leases.
Client Satisfaction Score: Feedback from clients post-transaction.
Number of Property Viewings Conducted: A measure reflecting client engagement.
Closed Deals per Month: The total number of leasing agreements finalized.
Average Time to Lease a Property: Efficiency in closing lease deals.
Revenue Generated from Leases: Total commission earnings based on successful lease closures.
Compliance Rate: Ensuring all leasing activities adhere to local real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar real estate role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with Qatari real estate laws and leasing practices.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
A valid driving license and access to a car are mandatory.
