Role: Real Estate Broker (Leasing & sales)
Office Location: Business Bay
Responsibilities :
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Lead Management
Focus on creating strong client relationships by driving revenue through SALES in Off Plan
Secondary Market through regular farming & tapping your networks.
Regularly visit developer offices & create strong networks as well attend new launch briefings
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Work Location
Preferred Area Specialist of JLT, JBR, Marina & Arabian ranches
Remuneration :
Attractive commission structure up to 75%

Skills Required:
Real Estate Brokerage: 1 year (or good knowledge about the Real Estate market)
Good communication skills in English
