We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Real Estate Agent and Customer Care Executive. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout their real estate transactions while leveraging your expertise as a seasoned real estate agent to guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.
Provide personalized guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Property Listing and Promotion:
List and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
Conduct property valuations and market analysis to determine competitive listing prices.
Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants and maximize property exposure.
Property Search and Viewing:
Conduct thorough property searches based on clients' criteria and preferences.
Arrange and coordinate property viewings, providing detailed information about properties and neighborhood amenities.
Assist clients in evaluating properties, analyzing market trends, and making informed decisions.
Negotiation and Transaction Management:
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients in real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, lease contracts, and rental terms.
Coordinate with lawyers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transaction processes.
Oversee the preparation and execution of contracts and legal doents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer Care and After-Sales Support:
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after property transactions.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure repeat business and referrals.
Proven track record of success as a real estate agent, with at least [X years] of experience in the industry.
