We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freehold Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the freehold department and be proficient in both Arabic and English languages. Responsibilities
•Utilize your expertise in the freehold department to coordinate and facilitate real estate transactions efficiently.
•Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the freehold property processes.
•Manage and maintain a database of available freehold properties, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
•Assist clients in understanding legal requirements and doentation related to freehold property ownership.
•Collaborate with brokers and clients to schedule property viewings and provide necessary information.
•Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
•Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
•Minimum of two years of experience in the freehold department of a real estate agency.
•Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Any additional language is a plus.
•Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and client satisfaction.
•Ability to start working immediately and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
•Previous experience as a broker is a plus and may qualify you for this coordination role.
•Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
•Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
•Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
