We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate and Customer Executive. This role will involve managing real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners.
Responsibilities:
Oversee real estate transactions, including property acquisition, leasing, and sales.
Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize property value and investment returns.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
Maintain accurate records and doentation related to real estate transactions and customer interactions.
Stay informed about industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in real estate management, investment, or development.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, regulations, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software.
Valid real estate license (if required by state regulations).
Previous experience in customer service or client management roles is preferred but not required.
