- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their unique property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert guidance to help clients make well-informed decisions.
*Property Listings:*
- Research and compile accurate, up-to-date property listings.
- Craft compelling property advertisements to effectively showcase listings.
*Market Research:*
- Stay informed about Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Leverage market insights to offer valuable advice to clients.
*Property Presentation:*
- Present properties to clients and investors in a professional and engaging manner.
- Effectively highlight the features and benefits of each property.
*Negotiation:*
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Aim to secure favorable terms for your clients.
*Doentation and Legal Compliance:*
- Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are fulfilled during property transactions.
- Oversee the completion and accuracy of necessary paperwork.
*Sales and Targets:*
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and revenue goals set by the agency or employer.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities.
*Networking:*
- Expand and enhance your network of clients, property developers, and industry professionals.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to grow your connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Marketing) preferred, but not always required.
- Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields within Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market, including various communities and developments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
