We are a Franchise Fitness Center located in Symphony Mall - Salmiya. We are currently hiring reception staff with the following skills:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Possess pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Sell retail products & Club membership packages.
• Facilitate payment of services in accordance with company procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of handling basic clerical and administrative tasks
• Assist to schedule appointments of the new members.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word Processing tools, Spreadsheet and the Internet
• Participate in tele sales to enroll new members.
Working Hours: 2pm – 9pm
- Must have transferable residency
- Knowledge of Arabic Language is an advantage
- Must meet all requirements setout in Job Description
