Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
· Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
· Receiving and sorting and distribute daily mails.
· Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors.
· Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via pho.
· Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
· Prepare correspondence and documents.
· Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
· Assist new applicants who come into the building to apply for positions.
· Schedule and follow up on appointments.
· Organize courier deliveries.
· Deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
· Update databases and perform general administrative tasks across the organization.
