•Always ensure a high standard of costumer care.
•Greet guests and players professionally.
•Take responsibility for prebooking and booking of Empower Sport Services and classes offered and ensure that billing of guest services is carried out correctly and in timely manner.
•Ensure full knowledge of sports class, packages, and services.
•Keep up to date on promotional offers and sell services to guest supporting the company in achieving the sale target.
•Proactive in company even and leagues.
•Maintain cleanliness and a high standard of presentation of Empower Sport Services de area.
•Keep up to date inventory list of stock and good for a timely basis.
•Always check equipment / appliances / furniture are in good condition on and before shift.
•Report any suspicious and illegal activities concerning the company.
