As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
• Providing us with administration support for smooth functioning on a daily basis of the office.
• Represents the team through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact.
• Perform meet and greet to the visitors and direct them to the right personnel accordingly.
• Inform company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Attend telephone inquiries and transfer calls to the right staff
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitors' logbook, and issuing visitors' ID pass.
• Maintain the safety and tidiness of the reception area.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing and binding documents
• Receive documents and correspondence sent to the office.
