Location: Ras Al Khor Ind. 2
Preferably should be a female English speaking and Hindi Speaker.
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans, etc.
• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Preparing meeting rooms for guest.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
• Fast learner
• Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and outlook/email)
• Data entry knowledge
• Good communication skill (verbal & written)
• Preferably with office / admin experience
